Internships
What is an Internship An internship usually takes the form of a vacation work placement - usually between 4-10 weeks over the summer. However, our internships happen throughout the year. You gain an insight into how our NGO works and if you make a good impression, you stand a great chance of being offered employment. We have outlined a few of our internship schemes below. There is a huge range of work placement options from business internships to Marketing intern programmes in our organisation. Why internships Some students finish college and university without work experience. This makes them difficult to get a job. But there is a way to give yourself an edge over others, and to give yourself the best chance of securing a job and gaining valuable work experience, and that's by doing an Internship. Please note - most of our programmes require you to be studying at a college or university in UK and the EU. However, you can apply if you are not a student provided you have appropriate skills and experience. If you are at school studying GCSE or A Level, get in touch with us first as we have shadowing programmes for school students. Do you pay salary? Our internship are unpaid but covers expenses such as transport and others. Please check with us before you apply. Students Any student who has the right live and work in the UK can apply for internship in our organisation. EU students must apply early due to difficulties of finding accommodation.
