Mental wellbeing

We put emphasis on mental well being to help people with mental illness live well and to prevent mental illness in the general population. This is done by:

  • Encouraging people to look after their physical health – eat well, sleep well, exercise and enjoy themselves.
  • Encouraging people to value themselves and their exist.
  • Encourage people to live a realistic life.

Valuing and accepting oneself enable one to relax and enjoy life, without feeling guilty. When you face a crisis, you know that, no matter how difficult the situation is, you will manage.
