Africa Nursing & Care Agency

Africa Nursing and Care Agency is an agency of Africa Health Organisation that recruit, train and supply nursing and social care workers to service providers.

These settings include care homes, nursing homes, hospitals and visiting people's homes. ANCA is in the process of establishing itself and registering so that it is accredited to provide health and social care training as well as training staff.

Training staff to be competent in providing health and social care is important to Africa Health Organisation. This ensures that we deliver service that is fit for the purpose as our staff becomes knowledgeable.

ANCA will work in partnership with African Academy of Learning to deliver tailor-made training, skills and continuous professional development.

Recruitment will start soon for training, for those already working in the care setting and those interested in working in this sector. ANCA will operate as a care agency and brokering job opportunities and supplying care workers as a starting point.
